Flexible work hours
We are open to flexible work hours and individual work models. It is also possible to change your work hours during your deployment, just approach Julia or Tobias.
Mobile working
It is possible to work remotely if you want to. We have an office in Bad Schwartau but attendance is not required.
Team events
We do all kinds of team events. Depending on the situation and preferences of the team.
High quality hardware
We provide modern and durable equipment. Linux is required for most software developers. If you find a good reason to use something else that is also possible.
Paid overtime
Overtime is not required and has been rare in the past, but if you build a more hours then required we can provide the option to take extra vacation or fully paid them.
Free drinks
We provide at our office in Bad Schwartau free coffee, tea and water.
